South American Travel Guides by RooshV
Roosh V, from his personal blog rooshv.com hit me up with an email to do a paid review of his South America Travel Guides, which is located in the travel section of his blog. Before I checked out his guides I wandered around his homepage a bit to get a little background info on the writer prior to delving into his travel guides. Immediately I was pretty intrigued…he seems like quite the character: an intelligent bachelor wandering the world while attempting to coach males on how to get laid with his newly independent book predictably titled…’Bang.’ So before even reading his South American travel guides, I knew I’d love them.

Roosh traveled all around South America making both travel guide like observations as well as social observations most are unwilling to admit to. For the guides, he covers 8 countries: Argentina Bolivia Brazil Chile Ecuador Paraguay Peru and Uruguay.
Within these countries, he also includes more specific guides for cities like Buenos Aires, Valparaiso, etc…
For the guides themselves, they give a pretty good snapshot of a country’s ‘backpackability’ with their prices for staple items needed by travelers: beer, hostels, average meals, and nice meals. For single males, comments are also included on the attractiveness of a country’s females (warranting my claim that he makes social observations most others are afraid to do).
I honestly really like what he’s doing here and wish I could do something similar. He quickly snapshots a country, then includes links to blog posts on his experiences while traveling there. I recommend everyone interested in South American travel atleast give the site a browse since it’s easy to read and interesting because of the style of writing.
And finally, if you are a lonely male, Roosh may have a book that interests you. ![]()

Thanks!

Paraguay isnt as shitty as he-s saying, we may not have the greatest buildings and infrastructure, but the people from Paraguay as he said, are much more friendly than any other nearby country
We have some really good places to go, and is the CHEAPEST city in the world! I suggest next time you come around to Paraguay you give me a call and I will show you the hidden treasures of this country.

IMO, sometimes what happens is that in an effort to view things from a singular perspective, one might end up with nothing better with a lop-sided view of the situation. This could hold especially true of travel.
