Definitely looks like a solid bag. My teacher who went to Europe for a couple weeks had a North Face very very similar to that and I think she really liked it.

I'm looking for something that's versatile and light enough for a 4 week trip through Europe, but that I can also use for weekend backpacking trips in the mountains.

Currently looking at the North Face Terra 60,

Any thoughts?

Just to add to it - make sure you buy quality! These bags are good quality, and worth it. I had one for almost ten years and 40 countries before it started showing any real wear n' tear.

I bought a new bag, the Osprey Atmos that I plan on taking to Asia this summer!
